Van Cleef & Arpels Paris seeks Communications Intern for European press relations; 6-month internship supporting PR strategy and media coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate all photo shoot requests originating from Paris for the Europe region, managing logistics, security protocols, and liaison with market teams and editorial partners
  • Process daily market requests including interviews, brand assets, style guidelines, and asset delivery
  • Plan and support various press events and press trips for the European region, ensuring operational and logistical coordination with market teams, headquarters, and external agencies
  • Consolidate budgets and coordinate diverse requirements across European markets
  • Provide on-site operational support as needed, which may require business travel within France or internationally
  • Consolidate monthly presentations and post-event reports, analyzing press metrics and reach data
  • Monitor press coverage and media impact using DMR tools, tracking AVE, share of voice, and competitive benchmarks
  • Manage daily regional coverage monitoring and compile monthly press reviews
  • Upload print and online press coverage to the internal 'In The News' platform
  • Deploy and coordinate all press assets and communication tools for the European PR team network
  • Maintain and animate the European PR community via WhatsApp, sharing best practices and campaign insights
  • Support invoice tracking and budget monitoring for the European PR department

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or candidate for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing and/or Communications (Bac +3/5 level)
  • Demonstrated prior experience in press relations or communications
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiarity with InDesign basics (desirable but not essential)
  • Passion for the luxury sector and appreciation for fine jewelry and horology
