Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris seeks a Communications & Events Intern for L'École des Arts Joailliers to support events, PR and content creation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of cultural and client-facing events for L'École des Arts Joailliers, including receptions, workshops, lectures and exhibition-related activities.
- Coordinate logistical tasks: guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, on-site setup, supplier liaison and event checklists to ensure flawless delivery.
- Draft and adapt communication materials in French (press notes, invitations, programme copy, internal briefs) and assist with social media content and editorial calendars.
- Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to support media relations, press kit preparation and journalist liaison during events.
- Monitor event budgets, process invoices and assist with post-event reporting and performance analysis.
- Maintain asset libraries, photo archives and documentation of events; support the preparation of presentations and stakeholder updates.
- Provide administrative support to the communications team, including scheduling, meeting preparation and coordination with ateliers and external partners.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Communications, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, Cultural Management or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French; strong editorial ability and attention to tone and nuance for luxury audiences.
- Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines; meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills and discretion when interacting with high-profile guests, press and external partners.
- Availability and flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Strong numeric literacy for basic budget tracking and invoice processing.

Prior internship experience in communications, events, PR or cultural programming is preferred; experience within luxury goods, fine jewellery, museums or cultural institutions is an advantage.
Education
