Van Cleef & Arpels Paris: 6-month Communications & Events Coordinator Intern for L'École des Arts Joailliers, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate press events and exhibition openings, including guest list management, invitation distribution, and attendee follow-up
- Support press relations by responding to journalist inquiries, organizing interviews and private exhibition viewings, and tracking weekly press coverage
- Assist in preparing and managing CRM newsletters, integrating feedback and updating distribution analytics
- Plan and manage photography and videography shoots for L'École content; maintain image and video asset databases
- Oversee physical communication materials inventory and coordinate document distribution
- Analyze monthly exhibition attendance data and press impact metrics during exhibition periods
- Support ad-hoc communication projects as needed, such as brochure development and visual identity initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated interest in art, culture, and high jewelry
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
Skills
Experience
Student with team collaboration experience and interest in communication project management. Prior experience in event coordination, communications, or related fields is valued but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing higher education or equivalent; background in communications, marketing, events management, art history, or related disciplines is advantageous.
