Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Colored Gemstone Quality Controller in Paris for its colored-stone jewelry team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspect quality criteria for precious, fine, and hard colored stones.
  • Sort merchandise for collection pieces and new products.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to stock intake.
  • Act as liaison with manufacturing workshops, stone suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Manage and maintain activity tracking documents.
  • Participate in the annual inventory.

Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience in gemmology.
  • Passion for colored, hard, precious, and fine stones.
  • Previous sorting experience at a jewelry house or with a gemstone dealer.
  • Careful and organized, with an affinity for the jewelry world.
  • Recognized for autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
