Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, discreet service to VIP and high-value clients across pre- and post-sales touchpoints, cultivating long-term relationships.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through proactive outreach, appointment setting, tailored product proposals and follow-up communications.
- Operate the boutique CRM to record interactions, update client profiles, track sales opportunities and execute targeted clienteling campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales advisors, after‑sales service and inventory teams to ensure seamless execution of private viewings, bespoke requests and deliveries.
- Prepare client briefings and sales reports; track KPIs and contribute to local business development initiatives and events.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, client confidentiality protocols and local regulatory requirements while maintaining impeccable presentation and etiquette.
Qualifications
- UAE National (mandatory for this fixed-term position).
- Demonstrable professionalism, discretion and a client‑centric mindset appropriate to luxury high‑jewellery service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and anticipate their needs.
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by boutique operations.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years' experience in luxury retail, private client service or hospitality with demonstrable success managing VIP clientele and delivering sales results.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary studies in hospitality, business, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
