Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Client Relations Officer (contract) for L’École des Arts Joailliers in Paris to manage participant relations and event logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑touch, personalised client service for participants and prospects of L’École des Arts Joailliers - Campus France‑Europe.
  • Manage incoming enquiries (phone, email, web) and oversee participant registration, confirmations and post‑course follow‑up.
  • Coordinate logistics for classes, masterclasses and events including room bookings, materials, guest lists and vendor liaison.
  • Maintain and update participant and prospect records in the CRM; prepare participant lists and attendance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (education, communications, PR, boutiques) to ensure seamless participant experience and aligned messaging.
  • Produce timely administrative documentation: invitations, invoices, participant briefs and feedback surveys.
  • Monitor KPIs related to enrolment, attendance and satisfaction; recommend operational improvements to enhance the campus experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in client relations, event coordination or customer service within luxury, cultural or hospitality environments.
  • Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to administrative detail and follow‑through.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence appropriate to a high‑jewelry maison and educational setting.
  • Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Comfort with digital tools for scheduling, CRM maintenance and basic reporting.
