Van Cleef & Arpels Paris: 6-month Client Experience Project Assistant internship starting January 2027. Support retail client strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze jewelry business performance through KPI tracking, weekly and monthly reporting, ad hoc analyses, and evaluation of client activation campaigns (events, gifting programs)
- Support customer experience development initiatives including seasonal gifting campaigns (Christmas, Spring, Lunar New Year) and coordination of bespoke client gifts and experiences
- Assist in executing 360-degree market activation campaigns through boutique events, email campaign implementation, and one-to-one clienteling programs
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction through surveys, online reviews, and feedback management
- Provide administrative support including vendor and supplier project management, budget monitoring, and logistics coordination for client gift inventory
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completing a Master's degree in Business School
- Strong numerical acumen and analytical mindset
- Self-directed and solution-oriented approach to work
- Organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous in execution
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Interest in or sensitivity to the fine jewelry and watchmaking sector
