Van Cleef & Arpels internship in Paris: 6-month Client Experience internship assistant role in luxury gift development and international project coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate development of seasonal and relational luxury gift offerings in collaboration with the Client Experience team
- Serve as liaison across internal departments including supply chain, procurement, legal, compliance, communications, and international markets
- Manage project milestones including creative briefs, vendor selection, agency coordination, prototyping phases, production oversight, and market implementation
- Prepare implementation guidelines for international regions and collect feedback to ensure strategic execution
- Draft and edit content materials; coordinate with translation agencies and regional teams
- Compile product specifications, fulfillment tracking, and coordinate gift distribution across regions and markets
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and research on luxury client experience themes
- Support artisan discovery and new partner identification aligned with luxury craftsmanship standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate
- Demonstrated passion for luxury craftsmanship and high-end artisanal practices
- Prior experience in product development and/or project management
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English with comfort in international environments
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize dynamically
- Evidence of creativity, curiosity, and collaborative approach across teams
