Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Client Experience Executive for its Canton Road boutique in Hong Kong SAR to deliver personalised high‑jewellery service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and private clients at the Canton Road boutique, cultivating long-term relationships and client loyalty.
- Proactively manage client portfolios using the CRM system: schedule appointments, follow up on enquiries, and coordinate personalised presentations and viewings.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining discretion and the brand’s standards for client care.
- Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling across collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients and support purchase decisions.
- Coordinate with boutique management, after-sales and regional teams to ensure stock availability, bespoke requests and punctual delivery of client orders.
- Support in‑store events, private appointments and trunk shows, including client invitations, hospitality and on-site coordination.
- Maintain boutique visual and presentation standards; assist with window and display refreshes as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or clienteling, preferably within high jewelry, watches or haute couture.
- Strong record of achieving sales targets and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Impeccable presentation, discretion and professional demeanour suited to ultra-luxury clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver tailored client experiences.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings for private appointments and events.

Experience
Typically 2–5 years of frontline luxury retail or private client experience, ideally within high-jewelry, watches or premium fashion houses, demonstrating consistent sales performance and experience handling HNW clients.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in hospitality, retail, luxury management or a related discipline preferred.
