Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore seeks a Client Development Assistant to support clienteling, CRM and boutique client relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique clienteling activities by preparing and maintaining client dossiers, appointment schedules and follow‑up communications.
- Manage CRM records and ensure timely, accurate updates to client profiles, preferences and transaction histories.
- Coordinate client appointments, product viewings and private salon logistics in close collaboration with sales advisors.
- Execute post‑sale relationship management tasks, including follow‑up calls, special requests and service coordination.
- Assist with preparation and on‑site support for VIP events, trunk shows and private viewings.
- Produce routine client reports and administrative documentation to inform the sales and management teams.
- Liaise with after‑sales, inventory and HQ teams to resolve client enquiries and expedite requests where necessary.
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a client‑first orientation.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrable discretion and professionalism when handling VIP clientele and confidential data.
- Proactive team player who can work closely with sales advisors, store management and regional teams.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to support evening or weekend client events when required.
- Excellent command of English; Mandarin or another regional language is an asset.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, client development, boutique operations or CRM support; prior exposure to jewellery or high‑end hospitality is preferred.
Education
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, communications or a related discipline preferred; formal training in luxury retail or clienteling is advantageous.
