Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, discreet service and cultivate long‑term relationships with high‑value clients and prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition and clienteling activities.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across high jewellery and watch collections and conduct considered product presentations.
  • Maintain boutique standards: merchandising, window presentation, housekeeping and adherence to brand visual guidelines.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, reservations and accurate client records in CRM systems; follow post‑sales service and aftercare procedures.
  • Support inventory control, stock movements, receiving procedures and adherence to internal loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Participate in boutique events, private viewings and local marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with boutique team and local management to ensure seamless customer experience and operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury jewellery, watches or high‑end fashion boutiques.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, professionalism and a service mindset aligned with luxury client expectations.
  • Commercially driven with a demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and convert high‑value opportunities.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and discretion when managing VIP relationships.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail or a boutique environment; direct experience with high jewellery or watch sales is highly advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality or business is a plus.
