Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised service to clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional in‑store experiences.
- Support the sales cycle from first contact to post‑sale follow-up, including appointment management, product presentation and after‑sales care.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across jewellery, watches and high‑jewellery collections and translate technical information into compelling client narratives.
- Ensure immaculate boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, including window displays, product placement and housekeeping.
- Process transactions accurately, manage client records and coordinate with clienteling/CRM teams to update client profiles and sales activity.
- Contribute to stock management and security procedures: receiving, tagging, inventory checks and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Liaise with store management and maison support functions to facilitate bespoke requests, repairs and special orders while observing confidentiality and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales; prior exposure to high‑jewellery or watchmaking preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong commercial acumen and a service mindset appropriate for an ultra‑luxury client base.
- Discretion, professionalism and the ability to handle high‑value merchandise with care and attention to security.
- Fluent command of English; additional languages an advantage.
