Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Brand Ambassador in Las Vegas — represent the maison, cultivate VIP clients and sell high-jewellery in a boutique setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the maison with impeccable poise and professionalism at the boutique in Las Vegas and at client-facing events.
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through bespoke clienteling: build and sustain long-term client relationships, manage appointments and follow-ups.
- Present and contextualise high-jewellery pieces with authoritative product knowledge, including gemstones, settings and provenance.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining rigorous attention to client confidentiality and asset security.
- Support boutique visual merchandising and ensure presentation standards are maintained to maison guidelines.
- Coordinate with store management, concierge services and the regional team on private viewings, trunk shows and VIP events.
- Comply with luxury retail procedures including documentation of high-value transactions, inventory controls and loss-prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-jewellery sales, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and the ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong presentation skills and detailed knowledge of gemstones, precious metals and high-jewellery craftsmanship — or the aptitude to acquire such expertise rapidly.
- Comfort handling high-value merchandise and adherence to strict security and compliance procedures.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and event-based hours; willingness to travel locally for client appointments or events.

Experience
Typically 2+ years in luxury retail, high-jewellery or premium hospitality sales; prior exposure to private client management and event-driven selling preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary studies in sales, hospitality, luxury management or a related field are advantageous but not mandatory.
