Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique sales team in delivering exemplary, personalised client service and clienteling under supervision.
- Acquire and maintain in‑depth product knowledge across high jewellery, watches and ready‑to‑wear accessories through structured training and hands‑on learning.
- Assist with sales transactions and POS procedures, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and record keeping.
- Contribute to boutique presentation and visual merchandising, ensuring windows and displays meet brand standards.
- Participate in stock management activities including reception, replenishment and basic inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare for and support in‑store events, private appointments and client visits, ensuring confidentiality and exceptional service.
- Adhere to security, loss‑prevention and compliance policies at all times.
- Provide administrative support to the boutique team, including appointment scheduling and client database maintenance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in luxury management, fashion, retail, hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent vocational experience.
- Professional appearance with meticulous attention to personal presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑centric mindset and polished communication.
- Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Right to work in Spain and full legal eligibility to undertake an internship programme.
- Discretion, reliability and a commitment to the standards of a luxury retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level role; no prior luxury retail experience required although previous retail or hospitality experience is advantageous. The trainee will receive on‑the‑job coaching and formal training in product knowledge, sales techniques and client service.
Education
High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent; enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant tertiary programme preferred (fashion, luxury management, hospitality or retail).
