Role & Responsibilities
- Manage boutique inventory, including monitoring stock movements and handling deliveries, transfers, reservations, and consignments.
- Process inventory counts according to established procedures, including daily, spot, periodic, and annual counts.
- Oversee product labeling following price changes.
- Administer all cash-related procedures and manage payment, deposit, refund, and tax-free situations.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the group's finance, administration, IT, and logistics departments for back-office operations.
- Conduct document management, particularly for internal audits regarding discounts, deposits, gratuities, and exchanges.
- Reconcile credit card statements with internal accounting records.
- Organize product deliveries and export statuses.
- Purchase consumables and process related invoices.
- Oversee back-office customer service procedures and manage product movements with platforms.
- Review customer service inventory, including leather straps and jewelry pieces sent for maintenance.
- Manage customer service transaction statuses.
- Participate in all DARE project training as the primary boutique DARE user and disseminate knowledge to staff.
- Support staff during system issues and liaise with the IT team on behalf of the boutique.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management and administrative roles within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of financial and back-office operations.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
