Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage boutique inventory, including tracking movements and processing deliveries, transfers, reservations, and consignments.
  • Monitor stock levels and re-label products following price changes.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and manage payment, deposit, refund, and tax-free processes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the group's finance, administration, IT, and logistics departments.
  • Maintain documentation for internal audits, including discounts, deposits, and exchanges.
  • Reconcile credit card statements with internal accounting records.
  • Organize product deliveries and exports.
  • Purchase consumables and process related invoices.
  • Manage back-office customer service procedures and product movements with platforms.
  • Review customer service stock items, such as leather straps and damaged jewelry pieces for maintenance.
  • Participate in all DARE training sessions as the boutique's key DARE user and support staff with system issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail operations or inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail environments.

Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems. Strong communication skills for liaising with various departments.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
