Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily boutique operations: open/close procedures, cash handling and POS transactions, and maintenance of boutique standards.
- Manage inventory lifecycle: receive, inspect and record incoming stock; reconcile inventory; coordinate replenishment and stock transfers.
- Support sales team with clienteling and after‑sales service coordination, including appointment logistics and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards in collaboration with visual merchandising and sales leadership to reflect Maison codes.
- Execute administrative tasks: sales reporting, invoicing support, client database updates and liaison with central operations.
- Implement and enforce loss‑prevention, security and compliance procedures in line with brand policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (1–3 years) in retail operations or boutique environments, ideally within luxury or high‑jewelry brands.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capability to manage stock accuracy and boutique presentation.
