Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Manager in Seoul to lead boutique growth in sales, customer satisfaction and team development, reporting to the Retail Area Manager. The role oversees client experience, team coaching and recruitment, Maison ambassadorship, and compliant, efficient boutique and back-office operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead boutique growth in sales, customer satisfaction and team development while embodying Maison values and delivering an exceptional in-boutique experience; report to the Retail Area Manager.
- Set individual objectives and priorities, manage the team, and achieve boutique sales and customer-satisfaction targets.
- Represent the Maison by sharing its world, history, creations and sources of inspiration, and promote it within the local community.
- Lead customer-service initiatives to deliver an exceptional boutique experience.
- Build a collaborative team, coach team members, follow up to encourage improvement, recruit new talent, and foster the team’s knowledge and positive mindset.
- Manage boutique operations and back-office activities, ensure policy compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
