Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned boutique and ensure achievement of commercial targets including sales volumes, profitability, and new client acquisition while adhering to budget constraints
• Analyze commercial results and provide insights and recommendations on trends to support effective decision-making by managers
• Communicate the local action plan, aligning it with the function's strategy and broader organizational mission and vision, while motivating the team to achieve local business goals
• Manage the front end, back end, and sales floor to meet operational and sales performance goals
• Offer expert advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and escalating complex matters as necessary
• Operate within established financial control systems to deliver designated outcomes, track budgets, and report variances to senior colleagues
• Utilize performance management systems to set and achieve personal objectives, monitor team performance, allocate work, and take corrective actions
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with company diversity and inclusion guidelines and foster an inclusive work environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education
• Proven experience managing retail or boutique operations
• Demonstrated managerial experience supervising and directing people and resources to achieve specific results
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complex operational situations

Experience sufficient to handle the majority of situations and to advise others; proven track record in retail or boutique management with responsibility for directing teams and resources to achieve commercial objectives within defined timeframes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education.
