Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all commercial and operational activities of the New Delhi boutique to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, implementing training plans to uphold brand service standards.
  • Deliver exemplary client experiences through advanced clienteling, personalised service and long‑term relationship management.
  • Oversee boutique visual merchandising and presentation to ensure alignment with seasonal directives and Maison guidelines.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention and accurate POS transactions.
  • Prepare and monitor boutique budgets, control costs and report P&L performance to regional management.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations and brand governance, including security and integrity of merchandise.
  • Liaise with regional headquarters on marketing activations, product launches and VIP client events.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with strong coaching and team‑development skills.
  • Sophisticated client relationship and negotiation skills suited to high‑jewellery clientele.
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in visual presentation and inventory control.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion and brand representation.

Experience

Typically requires 5+ years in luxury retail with demonstrable results; at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role within jewellery, watches or high‑end fashion is preferred. Experience leading sales teams and managing boutique operations in a flagship or branded boutique environment is essential.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Management, Fashion or a related discipline preferred; professional retail or management certifications advantageous.
