Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead all facets of flagship boutique operations on 5th Avenue, ensuring uncompromising adherence to brand standards and guest experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through strategic commercial planning, merchandise allocation and promotional activity.
  • Manage P&L for the boutique, control operating expenses and optimise store performance and productivity.
  • Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team; set objectives, conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of service excellence.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, oversee clienteling strategies and personally handle key accounts and VIP visits.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store experience with global VM and marketing teams to reflect seasonal campaigns and exhibitions.
  • Oversee inventory integrity, stock replenishment, loss-prevention procedures and compliance with internal controls.
  • Plan and execute private appointments, trunk shows and VIP events to elevate brand presence and drive conversion.
  • Collaborate with regional and global functions (merchandising, client services, marketing, operations) to implement omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership record within luxury retail or haute joaillerie, with prior responsibility for a flagship or high-volume boutique.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and P&L.
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and experience servicing UHNW clientele.
  • Strong organisational aptitude and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in a high-touch environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
