Van Cleef & Arpels seeks experienced Boutique Director in Mexico City for luxury retail leadership role managing sales, team, and brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Project and produce sales as defined in the store action plan in alignment with the Senior Vice President, Retail and Regional Director, focusing on short-term and long-term strategic and financial objectives
- Spearhead management and strategic development initiatives, with particular emphasis on High Jewelry
- Enhance and maintain the integrity of the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image in the market
- Identify successful profiles and develop talent planning strategies to define career paths and promote advancement within the boutique team
- Generate new client relationships while developing innovative business ideas to drive growth
- Represent Van Cleef & Arpels at meetings, events, charity dinners, and work-related functions throughout Mexico and internationally, with extensive travel involvement
- Manage optimal inventory levels and model stock in coordination with the Supply Chain Department
- Initiate activities for new product launches and events to enhance market visibility and increase net sales
- Develop performance goals for store personnel and maintain reporting mechanisms to management
- Deliver exceptional customer service to support sales growth and client retention
- Attend international functions including Retail Conferences, Watch and Wonder, and High Jewelry trips with executive leadership as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of luxury retail management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master's degree in Business (preferred)
- Multi-unit or high-volume retail experience required
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail or hospitality environments
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong proficiency with SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively and host events with a high degree of etiquette
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require
- Physical ability to spend extended periods standing
- Fluency in English (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 15 years of luxury retail management experience in multi-unit or high-volume environments, with demonstrated expertise in luxury retail or hospitality sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A Master's degree in Business is preferred.
