Role & Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates in delivering exceptional client experiences and provide responsive assistance to reception duties
• Execute daily replenishment of selling floor supplies including shopping bags, wrapping materials, and display items to ensure operational continuity
• Manage morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling procedures, maintaining accurate backstock inventory and merchandise condition
• Participate in boutique opening and closing procedures including setup, breakdown, and security protocols
• Accurately backfill point-of-sale stations and work desks with necessary supplies and materials
• Partner with Management and Boutique Administrators to preserve merchandise quality and integrity
• Greet clients with professionalism and assist with reception functions
• Adhere to all management and corporate protocols regarding client experience and Service Excellence Ceremony participation
• Maintain Van Cleef & Arpels' brand image through consistent professional demeanor and adherence to the Service Charter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in computer applications and POS systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presentation and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards
• Familiarity with SAP software preferred

Skills

Experience

Minimum two years of professional experience in a fast-paced luxury retail or hospitality environment is preferred. Prior boutique operations or luxury goods handling experience is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 32 per hour.
