The Boutique Assistant supports Sales Associates, welcomes clients, contributes to business and daily boutique operations, and delivers an exceptional client experience in Seoul. The role includes preparing workspaces and products, supporting payments, and performing in-boutique services such as engraving and shining.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients, reduce waiting times and enhance the boutique experience.
- Support Sales Associates during client interactions and contribute to business.
- Assist with daily boutique operations by preparing workspaces and products and supporting the payment process.
- Deliver exceptional client service by carrying out in-boutique customer service activities, such as engraving and shining.
- Contribute to positive teamwork and participate actively in daily boutique operations.
- Represent Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise as an ambassador by supporting Sales Associates and delivering an exceptional client experience.
