Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique Assistant position in Seoul. Support Sales Associates and deliver exceptional luxury guest experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all clients to minimize wait times and enhance the boutique experience
- Support Sales Associates during client interactions and contribute to sales outcomes
- Prepare and maintain the working space and product displays
- Assist with payment processing and transactional procedures
- Provide specialized customer services including engraving, polishing, and other in-boutique care services
- Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in daily boutique operations
