Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique Assistant position in San Francisco offering $25-$27/hr with comprehensive benefits and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Sales Associates by maintaining selling floor supplies including shopping bags, wrapping paper, and POS station materials
- Handle morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling protocols, ensuring proper security and backstock maintenance
- Participate in opening and closing procedures including setup and breakdown of boutique displays
- Greet clients and provide reception assistance while maintaining the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence standards
- Collaborate with boutique management and administrators to ensure merchandise is maintained in optimal condition
- Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image by adhering to the Service Charter and maintaining professional demeanor
- Comply with all management and corporate protocols regarding client experience and security procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in SAP software
- Proficiency in computer systems and POS operations
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred to serve diverse clientele
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
