Reporting to the Assistant Boutique Manager, the Boutique Assistant supports Sales Associates, Reception and daily boutique operations while helping deliver an exceptional client experience. The role includes boutique and jewelry setup, replenishment, client greeting and adherence to the Service Charter; it is full-time and bonus eligible, with a salary range of $30–$32 hourly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Sales Associates in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain the boutique and support its daily operations, including assisting Reception.
- Participate consistently and actively in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.
- Replenish selling-floor supplies, such as shopping bags and wrapping paper, as needed.
- Assist with boutique setup and breakdown at opening and closing.
- Handle morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, and maintain backstock.
- Accurately replenish POS stations and desks.
- Partner with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition.
- Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
- Follow Management and Corporate protocols for the client experience.
- Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and verbal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment and provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 32 per hour.
