Boutique Assistant at Van Cleef & Arpels, New York. Full-time retail operations role supporting jewelry boutique excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies including shopping bags and wrapping paper to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, including boutique setup and breakdown
- Manage morning jewelry display setup and evening jewelry pulling, maintaining accurate backstock inventory
- Accurately backfill POS stations and desks with necessary supplies and materials
- Maintain strong partnerships with management and boutique administrators to ensure merchandise is preserved in optimal condition
- Greet clients and provide comprehensive assistance with reception duties
- Adhere to all protocols established by management and corporate leadership regarding client experience standards
- Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels brand image through consistent professional demeanor and adherence to the Service Charter
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in computer systems and POS platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid work authorization for employment in the United States
