The Boutique Assistant supports Sales Associates, Reception, and daily boutique operations at Van Cleef & Arpels in Las Vegas, including jewelry setup, backstock maintenance, client greeting, and merchandise care. The role reports to the Sales Manager and requires valid U.S. work authorization; salary is negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates, maintaining daily boutique operations, assisting Reception, and actively participating in the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Excellence Ceremony.
- Replenish selling-floor supplies, including shopping bags and wrapping paper, as needed.
- Participate in boutique setup and breakdown at opening and closing.
- Handle morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, and maintain backstock.
- Accurately replenish point-of-sale stations and desks.
- Partner with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise remains in proper condition.
- Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
- Follow all Management and Corporate protocols for the client experience.
- Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image through professional conduct and adherence to the Service Charter.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent communication and verbal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
- Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

Experience
At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
