Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Assistant in Las Vegas to support client service and sales in its high-jewelry boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised client service to high-net-worth and international clientele, ensuring an exceptional in-boutique experience.
- Support the sales team in driving transactions: welcome clients, qualify needs, present merchandise, and complete POS procedures accurately.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up communications and clienteling activities to nurture long-term relationships.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards, including merchandising, window displays and housekeeping to reflect the maison’s aesthetic.
- Assist with stock management: receive deliveries, conduct inventory checks, coordinate secure storage and ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures.
- Prepare and support private viewings, VIP events and in-store activations in collaboration with the boutique manager and corporate teams.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as sales reporting, client file maintenance and basic reconciliation as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality or high-end customer service (preferred: 1–2 years in a boutique environment).
- Impeccable personal presentation and a polished, service-oriented demeanour.
- Ability to interact confidently with affluent, international clients and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of client-facing experience in luxury retail, hospitality or a boutique environment; internships or seasonal retail roles at premium brands will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or post-secondary studies in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related field is desirable.
