Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, discreet client service in the boutique, greeting customers, managing appointments and cultivating long‑term relationships.
• Present and demonstrate high‑jewellery and watch collections with accurate product knowledge and storytelling aligned to maison heritage.
• Support sales transactions: operate POS, process payments, manage receipts and maintain accurate till reconciliation.
• Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window displays, stock presentation and housekeeping to brand protocols.
• Manage inventory controls and stock movements, including receiving, logging, and secure storage of high‑value items.
• Coordinate after‑sales service, repairs and client follow‑ups in liaison with regional service teams.
• Assist with in‑store events, VIP appointments and clienteling initiatives, including personalized outreach and appointment management.
• Observe strict security, confidentiality and handling procedures for valuable merchandise.

Qualifications

• Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills suited to luxury clientele.
• Right to work in Turkey.
• Proven numeracy and accuracy for cash handling and transactional processes.
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• High standard of discretion and integrity when handling high‑value products and private client information.

Skills

Experience

1–3 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury goods, jewellery or watches. Prior experience in a boutique environment or with high‑value merchandise is strongly preferred.

Education

High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or visual merchandising is an advantage.
