Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Assistant in Hong Kong. Support luxury retail operations and deliver exceptional client experiences in this dynamic boutique role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all boutique visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing waiting times
- Assist Sales Associates during client presentations and product demonstrations
- Support daily boutique operations including workspace preparation, product preparation, and payment procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service activities such as engraving and jewelry polishing
- Foster a positive team environment through active participation in boutique daily operations
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency in English (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a luxury retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional client experience
