Role & Responsibilities

- Support boutique events and private viewings, collaborating with managers and regional teams to execute VIP experiences.
- Provide product and craft knowledge to clients and colleagues; escalate specialised enquiries to senior advisors or ateliers as required.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in luxury goods, jewellery or premium watches preferred.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a client-focused demeanour suited to high-jewellery environments.
- Proven aptitude for high-value cash and POS transactions and strict adherence to security procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a discerning, international clientele.
- Right to work in Hong Kong and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
- Basic numeracy and organisational skills; attention to detail in stock handling and documentation.
