The Boutique Assistant supports Sales Associates, welcomes clients, assists with boutique operations and payment processes, and provides services such as engraving and shining. The role promotes Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise while contributing to a positive team environment; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all clients to reduce waiting times and enhance the boutique experience.
- Support Sales Associates during client interactions and contribute to the business.
- Assist with daily boutique operations by preparing workspaces and products and supporting the payment process.
- Deliver outstanding client service by carrying out in-boutique services, including engraving and shining.
- Contribute to positive teamwork through active participation in daily boutique operations.
- Promote Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise as an ambassador while supporting Sales Associates and delivering an exceptional client experience.
