The Boutique Assistant supports Sales Associates, welcomes clients, contributes to daily boutique operations, and delivers client service activities such as engraving and shining. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome all clients, reduce waiting times, and enhance the boutique experience.
- Support Sales Associates during client interactions and contribute to the business.
- Prepare work areas and products, and assist with payment processing as part of daily boutique operations.
- Deliver excellent client service by carrying out in-boutique customer service activities, including engraving and shining.
- Contribute to positive teamwork and participate actively in daily boutique operations.
- Represent Van Cleef & Arpels’ identity and expertise as an ambassador by supporting Sales Associates and delivering an excellent client experience.
