Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Assistant in Chicago. Support retail operations, luxury jewelry management, and exceptional client experiences. $27–$28/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags and wrapping paper to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in setup and breakdown protocols at boutique opening and closing
- Manage morning jewelry display setup and evening jewelry retrieval, ensuring proper backstock maintenance and security
- Accurately backfill POS stations and administrative desks with required materials
- Maintain strong collaborative partnerships with boutique management and administrators to preserve merchandise condition and integrity
- Greet clients professionally and provide comprehensive reception and support duties
- Uphold all client experience protocols and directives established by management and corporate
- Maintain exemplary professional demeanor and adherence to the Van Cleef & Arpels Service Charter
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and general computer skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with SAP software
- Multilingual fluency preferred
