Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Boutique Assistant in Busan to support luxury retail operations and enhance customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all customers, minimizing wait times and elevating the boutique experience
- Support Sales Associates during customer interactions to drive business results and client satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain the boutique workspace and product displays; facilitate payment processing
- Provide exceptional customer service activities within boutique operations, such as engraving and polishing services
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork and daily boutique operations
Qualifications
- Familiarity with retail environments and luxury customer service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
