The Boutique Assistant supports daily boutique operations at Van Cleef & Arpels, including supplies replenishment, jewelry setup and backstock, point-of-sale restocking, and client reception. The role also supports opening and closing procedures and helps maintain the Maison’s service standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish selling-floor supplies, including shopping bags and wrapping paper, as needed to support smooth operations.
- Assist with boutique setup and breakdown at opening and closing.
- Handle morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pull, and maintain backstock.
- Accurately restock point-of-sale stations and desks.
- Partner with Management and Boutique Administrators to keep merchandise in proper condition.
- Greet clients and assist with reception duties.
- Follow all client-experience protocols defined by Management and Corporate.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and follow the Service Charter to uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and/or two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized across multiple projects.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and verbal skills.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
- Understands the environment.
- Eager to learn.
