Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique Assistant in Bangkok—luxury jewelry retail role supporting client experiences and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the boutique, easing wait times and enhancing the overall boutique experience
- Assist Sales Associates during client presentations and product consultations
- Support daily boutique operations including workspace preparation, product setup, and payment procedures
- Deliver outstanding customer service by performing permitted in-boutique services such as engraving and polishing
- Actively contribute to a positive team spirit and participate in day-to-day boutique activities
- Embody Van Cleef & Arpels identity and values in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Fluency in Thai and English language; additional Asian languages preferred
