Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique Administrator position in Toronto, Canada—retail operations, inventory management, $30–$32/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, and cycle counts while maintaining secure safe organization to facilitate sales processes and client experience
- Manage shipping, receiving, and all outgoing and incoming repairs with 100% tagging accuracy and compliance verification
- Prepare accounting paperwork in a timely manner and organize weekly and monthly audits with support to finance and auditing teams
- Ensure all documentation complies with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies while maintaining accurate boutique audit scores
- Execute boutique maintenance, supply ordering, and logistical coordination to support the sales process and operational requirements
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple administrative and logistical tasks simultaneously
- Experience with inventory management and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with retail or luxury retail operations preferred
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail operations, boutique administration, or a similar administrative and logistics role is preferred. Familiarity with luxury retail environments and supply chain processes is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in business administration or retail operations is a plus.

This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 30 to CAD 32 per hour.
