Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the Scottsdale boutique, including managing schedules, correspondence and boutique calendars.
- Maintain and update client files and the boutique CRM with precision and strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointments, private viewings and VIP client communications in close partnership with sales advisors.
- Prepare, process and reconcile invoices, payments and daily till reports; liaise with finance/HQ to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory movements, process transfers and assist with stock audits and receiving procedures.
- Generate routine operational and sales reports for the boutique manager and regional office.
- Facilitate logistics for shipments and repairs with internal ateliers and external couriers, ensuring compliance with brand procedures.
- Support boutique presentation and administration of in‑store events and client hospitality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree or bachelor’s in business, hospitality or retail management preferred.
- Minimum two years’ administrative experience within luxury retail, jewellery, or high‑end hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential client information and high‑value inventory.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience with invoicing, cash reconciliation or basic bookkeeping.
