Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager on the end‑to‑end development of jewellery and watch collections, from concept to commercial launch.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation: technical specifications, materials lists, pricing sheets and product fact sheets.
- Coordinate sample creation, fittings and quality checks with ateliers, suppliers and internal production teams; track sample status and deadlines.
- Contribute to market and competitor analysis, trend monitoring and sales feedback synthesis to inform range decisions.
- Assist in the preparation of sales tools and merchandising assets (product presentations, line‑ups, window concepts and training materials).
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (marketing, retail, operations, supply chain) to ensure alignment on launches and replenishments.
- Support project planning and follow up on action lists, timelines and budgetary trackers for product launches.
- Participate in showroom or boutique support for collection roll‑outs and internal/product trainings when required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business, Product Development or Fashion, as part of an alternance/work‑study scheme.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
- Keen interest in high jewellery, watchmaking and luxury product culture with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear product documents and presentations.
- Proactive, resourceful and collaborative attitude; comfortable working across functions and with external ateliers/suppliers.
- Professional maturity and discretion consistent with a luxury maison environment.
