Van Cleef & Arpels — Paris: Internship, Assistant Product Manager (High Jewellery). Support product development, technical dossiers and collection launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in the end-to-end development of high jewellery pieces and limited collections, from concept to launch.
- Prepare and maintain technical dossiers, specifications and production files for ateliers and external suppliers.
- Coordinate sample logistics between design, ateliers, suppliers and retail teams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to collection planning, calendar management and product launch preparations in collaboration with marketing and retail operations.
- Assist with gemstone sourcing follow-ups, quality checks and documentation required for production and certification.
- Produce succinct presentations, reports and market intelligence to inform product decisions and assortment strategies.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders (design, manufacturing, merchandising, retail and marketing) to ensure alignment and resolve production or timing issues.
- Support post-launch analyses, including product performance tracking and feedback consolidation for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Luxury Management, Jewellery Design, Product Development, Business or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and follow-up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create clear presentations and concise technical documents.
- Proven interest in high jewellery, gemstones and artisanal production processes; prior internships in luxury, jewellery or product roles are an advantage.
- Eligible to undertake an internship in France under local regulations; flexibility to attend occasional ateliers and supplier visits in Paris and surrounding regions.

Internship-level role. Prior internships or project experience in luxury product, jewellery, merchandising or product development are strongly preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Luxury Management, Jewellery Design, Product Development, Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
