Role & Responsibilities

• Drive boutique performance by monitoring KPIs and proposing improvement strategies
• Supervise back-office activities including stock management, POS display coordination, cash procedures, and document management
• Build and manage team planning, including shift scheduling and workload coordination
• Serve as the key user for SAP and digital tools including sales, CRM, customer service, and back-office platforms
• Ensure adherence to retail procedures across selling, customer service, stock management, and security protocols
• Track and manage KPIs for reporting projects and serve as the referent for performance measurement and analysis
• Support the Sales team in client engagement and act as an ambassador for the Maison
• Ensure the boutique is properly set up and maintained throughout operating hours to welcome clients
• Coordinate omni-channel activities to provide seamless client journeys including orders, appointment bookings, and queue management
• Set and follow up on individual development plans with the Boutique Manager; develop the team through coaching and one-to-one meetings
• Define recruitment needs, participate in hiring processes, and integrate new team members including induction and probation management
• Prepare team briefings and share information to develop staff expertise in jewelry, watchmaking, hospitality, and arts and culture
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Maison's products, history, and craftsmanship heritage
• Serve as a reference for high jewelry and watchmaking expertise and develop competitive intelligence
• Ensure brand visual identity through boutique planning, visual merchandising, and store maintenance

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP and digital retail management systems
• Strong understanding of luxury high jewelry and watchmaking categories
• Demonstrated experience in KPI management and retail analytics
• Proven ability to lead and develop retail teams in a luxury environment
• Excellent command of back-office procedures and stock management
• Visual merchandising and brand identity expertise

Skills

Experience

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with proven track record in boutique operations, team leadership, and KPI-driven performance improvement. Experience in high jewelry or watchmaking retail is highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
