Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Assistant Boutique Manager in Seoul to lead store operations, manage sales teams, and oversee merchandising for this luxury jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee merchandising, financial management, and overall store operations to achieve sales performance targets
- Manage day-to-day store operations across front end, back end, and sales floor to optimize efficiency and customer experience
- Lead and develop a substantial, diverse sales team through performance management, coaching, and professional development planning
- Implement team member training and coaching programs to enhance performance and fulfill professional potential
- Develop and communicate solutions for commonly raised customer issues and establish order processing protocols
- Create medium- and long-term work schedules aligned with business goals, coordinating across multiple teams
- Configure complex product solutions and negotiate contractual terms within predefined commercial parameters to meet customer needs
