Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Assistant Boutique Manager in New York. Lead luxury retail team with $110K–$120K salary plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Boutique Director in supporting and guiding the team across all operational aspects, including policy enforcement, procedures, and corporate directives
- Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as a brand ambassador, fostering community relationships and elevating the Maison's market presence
- Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals through constructive feedback, closing techniques, and optimized floor scheduling to ensure consistent coverage
- Liaise with corporate office on inventory management, CRM initiatives, and operational requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service and mentor the team in nurturing client relationships to drive boutique sales growth
- Oversee back-office operations, merchandise displays, and product positioning to maximize sales performance and visual appeal
Qualifications
