Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Assistant Boutique Manager in Kaohsiung to support boutique operations, lead the team and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs and driving revenue growth through proactive clienteling and team motivation.
- Lead, coach and schedule boutique staff to deliver consistent, high‑touch service aligned with Van Cleef & Arpels standards.
- Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑value clients, manage appointments and execute bespoke client experiences.
- Oversee daily boutique operations including cash handling, point‑of‑sale procedures, stock control, inventory reconciliation and loss‑prevention measures.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation comply with global guidelines and local promotional calendars.
- Coordinate with regional management and after‑sales teams for repairs, consignments, transfers and bespoke requests.

Qualifications
