Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs while preserving the brand’s service standards and discreet luxury experience.
- Lead, coach and schedule boutique sales staff; conduct on-the-floor mentoring to elevate clienteling and closing techniques.
- Maintain client files and proactive clienteling for high-net-worth and VIP customers, ensuring personalised follow-up and after-sales service.
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS procedures, stock movements, inventory reconciliation and loss-prevention measures.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure presentation aligns with seasonal campaigns and maison guidelines.
- Coordinate with regional management and head office on product allocations, events, private appointments and reporting requirements.
- Resolve customer escalations diplomatically, safeguarding brand reputation while delivering timely solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail with direct exposure to high-value product lines; experience in fine jewellery strongly preferred.
- Proven supervisory or assistant-management experience with responsibility for team performance and scheduling.
- Demonstrable track record in clienteling and proven ability to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills for inventory control, cash management and sales reporting.
