Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an Art History Lecturer in Tokyo to lead courses and develop jewelry arts education at L’ECOLE.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead art history courses.
  • Adapt and update talks, course content, and other materials used to disseminate knowledge.
  • Contribute to the design of projects implemented by L’ECOLE.
  • Co-facilitate content and events on the L’ECOLE campus for external and internal audiences and as part of the Nomadic Schools.
  • Help design educational content delivered in person and remotely, and participate in its revision and periodic updates.
  • Proofread Japanese translations produced by external vendors and translate ad hoc content.
  • Promote learning in collaboration with the training team to support the Maison.
  • Contribute to the development of educational materials.

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications in Art History.
  • Business fluency and excellent written and spoken communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Good command of PC applications, including MS Office.
