Van Cleef & Arpels Area Manager position in Dubai, leading a portfolio of high jewelry boutiques and managing retail team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable sales growth and achievement of business objectives across the boutique portfolio
- Coach, develop and inspire Boutique Managers to build engaged and high-performing teams
- Define and implement strategic action plans to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency
- Champion exceptional client experiences while strengthening client acquisition, loyalty and long-term relationships with VIP and High Jewelry clientele
- Ensure compliance with Maison standards, visual merchandising guidelines and operational excellence across all boutiques
- Manage boutique performance through KPI analysis, business insights and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and contribute to the long-term success of the Maison
Qualifications
- Significant experience in luxury retail, including managing multiple boutiques or retail locations
- Proven track record in commercial leadership and business performance delivery
- Strong coaching and team development capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience in high-jewelry or ultra-luxury retail environments preferred
